In this kind of situation, motivation is
very important for people to work. Just like the theory of Maslow hierarchy,
people want to be affiliated with the group and goes up to the achievement of
self-actualization. For example, if one apple is bad in a box, in few days,
other apples will be also bad. This example shows us that if one person makes a
bad impression or acts like the first and second man on this story, then the
whole work place's environment will turn out in a bad way.
To make people think more like the third
man, I would try to cut out people with bad attitudes, in spite of their work
ability, because even one person can affect the whole group.
