Out of the three
career objectives for next five years is to get an internship. Currently I am
already doing an Internship at Brooklyn called Fusia Communications where I am
doing basic office work. With the basic knowledge and experience from this
place, my goal is to get an internship at SAMSUNG. I will try to learn to be
professional and learn more about my field, marketing. Second, within one and a
half year graduating the college is one of my objectives. Last, Becoming one of
the employees at Samsung is my plan with in 5years.
Outgoing, Organized and being passionate of what I do can be my
personal strength, but my weakness is making unnecessary mistakes compared to
other people.
Year 1- Continue
Internship at Fusia Communications and build more knowledge and experience of
having keen eye. As I said on the paragraph above, I am currently learning
basic office jobs such as printing, excel, photoshops and more. People tend to
think this kind of work is very basic and easy to do. But once you encounter
this moment, many people fail to accomplish small office skills.
Year 2- Get an
Internship at Samsung, build more relationships with the people around and
develop more skills with building relationships with outgoing personality and
being passionate with the work that I have.
Year 3- Graduate
College with at least GPA of 3.5
Year 4- Get a Job
at Samsung and increase the level of my position. Most importantly do not get
fired!!
These are my few objectives
within few years and I hope the path of my life can be just like I planed
I want to know why you prefer to work at samsung rather than apple. I am sure majority of the graduates would probably want to work at apple, just because its more of an innovative company. With all these strengths I don't think you need to worry about getting fired. It looks like you have goals and you know how you would get there, so just don't give up.
답글삭제Hey Tim keep up your hard work, you will reach your goal. I think Samsung is a very good company to work for. Samsung has many great consumer electronics products and also it is becoming one of the major mobile products innovator. Since you are doing internship at the beginning of your college year, you will be more experienced by the time you graduates from Baruch. It will help you to land a job at SamSung. Good luck.
답글삭제While it can be difficult, I think you should focus on your own growth and learning from others rather than comparing. I often fall into this trap but I am teaching myself how to adapt techniques and strategies that work for others into my own skill set.
답글삭제What exactly do you want to do at Samsung and how can you incorporate your internship into the skills to succeed there? It's a primary question that I ask myself when I look at potential internships.
Overall, I like the 5 year plan and I know you have the tools to make it work.
